Sangamon County Court Vacates Clay County Order in Case Against Governor

The Clay County Order in favor of Representative Darren Bailey in his case challenging Governor Pritzker's authority to issue Disaster Proclamations and Executive Orders to combat the COVID-19 pandemic has been completely overruled on a motion to reconsider in the Sangamon County trial court, where the Supreme Court reassigned the case.
