Code Officials and local government representatives with questions about the code are encouraged to reach out to SEDAC https://smartenergy.illinois.edu/energy-code/ Additional information on the Illinois Code including the amendment supplement to the already published 2021 IECC may be found on the Capital Development Board website (https://cdb.illinois.gov/business/codes/illinois-energy-codes/illinois-energy-conservation-code.html)
Illinois EPA Office of Energy works in partnership with the Smart Energy Design Assistance Center at University of Illinois to provide training and technical assistance to municipalities on the Illinois Energy Conservation Code.
